@Ask_Spectrum has way too many outages a month/ year this is crazy! This is why I left Spectrum in the first place but I got suckered back in and I’m mad about it! Fix your equipment! I had ATT for 24 months One outage the whole damn time!!! Looks like I’ll be going back!!

@Ask_Spectrum I need to receive credit for the Christmas out is that you said didn't last more than four hours the Christmas outage went out on Wednesday and I didn't get my **** turned back on until that Saturday so that's four days excuse me three days more than four hours

@Ask_Spectrum Spectrum: You will receive credit if your service outage lasts 4 hours or longer. When resolved, we will determine eligibility and contact you. This is what I just got like last time and you didn’t credit my account!!!!!!

@Ask_Spectrum spectrum expects customers to pay their bills on time and all the time well customers expect spectrum to be ******* reliable as of now with outages every damn day spectrum is not reliable you are not a reliable service

@GetSpectrum your service is extremely horrible. First, canceling my appointment when I moved to my house, then installing cables that Ray Charles would do a better job doing, now not having internet for two days because of complacency. Unacceptable.

I also had @AskFrontier and they only had one outage the entire time that I had them! @Ask_Spectrum has outages all the damn time and it crazy!! Fix yo **** it’s the damn holiday season and internet is a big part for family and kids!! There better be service for Xmas and eve!

@oldrustyeagle1 @WeatherNation @weatherchannel Weather channel has never done late night/wknd coverage of local weather events, only for things like land-falling hurricanes & historic regional tornado outbreaks. Local news/social media are better suited for this, TWC would probably just air local affiliate coverage anyway.

So why does #twc even exist anymore. Tor emergency in #Tupelo and it doesn’t cover it. No on TV, not on website. Truly doesn’t give a flying F about emergency weather circ*mstances in our communities IMO.All non-routine had been crap for at least the last 5 years.....

I can’t watch TWC during their regular business hours b/c you’re bombarded with commercials for their “Entertainment” via normal Ads, full blocks during live hours, & then plastered over the Intellicast 2s with the same damn production music they’ve had for almost a decade now.
