Started really keeping tabs on how many times my @Ask_Spectrum internet goes down. Should've done it sooner. 14 times in 4 days. 7 times just today. 6 over the last 2 hours. 3 within the past 30 minutes. Why am I paying for crap? #SpectrumInternet

As usual, @GetSpectrum is complete garbage. I have no issues watching the Stars / Rangers games at home but when I attempt to watch them on the app, they don't work. Cancelling this garage service this week.

@Ask_Spectrum What is going on with all the neighborhood outages in NW Dallas? Multiple neighborhoods confirmed at the same time. 10x outages in the last 36 hours. Ive been a customer for 10+ years and never had this much trouble before (even after a natural disaster).

@Ask_Spectrum I called to cancel my internet bc the $35 rate hike & the rep lowered it if I paid the balance. I did but it's still showing a balance & a late fee. My internet was turned off. I'll have to pay fee to restart. This is ridiculous.

Another night dealing with @Ask_Spectrum internet being down. I've had to reset the modem and router every 10 minutes for the past 3 hours. This is ridiculous.

@oldrustyeagle1 @WeatherNation @weatherchannel Weather channel has never done late night/wknd coverage of local weather events, only for things like land-falling hurricanes & historic regional tornado outbreaks. Local news/social media are better suited for this, TWC would probably just air local affiliate coverage anyway.

I’m happy I’m not alone in my disgust in how far The Weather Channel’s fallen under the Private Equity/NBC & Byron Allen administrations.We know how important TWC is & I believe the Meteorologists do too.It’s the ppl upstairs that have been and continue to be the problem….

So why does #twc even exist anymore. Tor emergency in #Tupelo and it doesn’t cover it. No on TV, not on website. Truly doesn’t give a flying F about emergency weather circ*mstances in our communities IMO.All non-routine had been crap for at least the last 5 years.....

@TORNADOOFDOOM1 @weatherchannel That's a shame. This is the whole reason why people watch shows like TWC. Nobody really needs to be told it's going to be sunny, but they sure as hell need to be told when a tornado is bearing down on them.

I can’t watch TWC during their regular business hours b/c you’re bombarded with commercials for their “Entertainment” via normal Ads, full blocks during live hours, & then plastered over the Intellicast 2s with the same damn production music they’ve had for almost a decade now.
